1. Check-in time is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise.

2. Payment required in full at the time of booking, All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Only the number of guests specified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property, unless permission has been granted or an additional booking has been made.

4. No extra guests to be invited onto the property without permission of the Logue family

5. The guest who made the booking is responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay

6. The Logue family reserves the right to charge the credit card linked to the booking for any damages or losses caused by the guest during their stay.

7. The guest agrees to report any damage or loss to the Logue family immediately upon discovery.

8. The guest who made the booking is responsible for all people within their group

9. The Logue family is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.

10. The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Logue family from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by any person (including the guest’s invitees) arising out of the guest’s use and occupancy of the property.

11. The guest agrees they and their group will comply with the following house rules;

- No smoking anywhere inside any of the buildings

- No bringing of any illegal substances onto the property

- No parties to be held at the property

- No animals to be brought onto the property without permission of the Logue family

- No animals to be allowed inside the buildings at any times, without permission of the Logue family

12. The Logue family reserves the right to remove any guest or group who breaches these terms and conditions from the property immediately without refund
