House Details

We are perfectly located for family get-togethers being in the middle of England, only a few miles from the M1 and the motorway network.

The Pump House has 3 comfortable double rooms with ensuites (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs); there is a travel cot and highchair available.

There are two other listings for Pump House if you require only three or four rooms.

Upstairs there is also a separate sitting area in between the two of the bedrooms and all the upstairs ensuites have baths as well as showers.

There is a large Kitchen/Living/dining Space, refurbished in 2017, and very well equipped, with lovely sliding doors out to a patio and garden; in the kitchen, you will find a breakfast welcome pack left for you (local Farm fresh eggs, cereal, tea and coffee, milk) along with most store cupboard essentials, and microwave, cafetiere, large Rangemaster cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

There is a large table as well as sofa and armchairs. There is a Smart TV with a Roku which operates on the internet and has Netflix and other apps available on it. There is WiFi available with Deco boosters throughout the house. There is also a selection of games, DVDs and books, and a cot and highchair available on request.

There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, sink and extra downstairs toilet.
